Texture Arrays not counted in Texture Memory

Texture Arrays (Tex2DArray) are not counted as part of the Texture Memory statistics (atleast when doing a matswap animation). This is a problem since texture arrays have the potential to be very large in size, and could lead to abuse.

At run-time, you cannot easily get Texture Array information. So, we can't do a scan when it loads in for you.
Instead, we'll use our server-side scanning for this.
Due to a variety of factors, though, we have no ETA for this change, but it's definitely a known issue.
