there is a rendering issue where outlines on objects bleed or transpass into the opposite eye's field of view. This visual artifact occurs consistently across all objects, leading to a disorienting experience in VR.
Reproduction Steps:
Play VRChat in VR mode.
Position an pickup or interactable at the edge of the screen.
Observe that the outline effect transpasses into the opposite eye’s view, causing visual disruption.
Expected Behavior: Outlines should render correctly and independently for each eye, without bleeding into the other eye’s view,
even when objects are near the edge of the screen.
Observed Behavior: The outline effect consistently transpasses into the opposite eye’s view when objects are at the edge of the
screen, as shown in the attached image.
Additional Notes: The issue does not seem to be dependent on the VR headset, as it persists across vr hardware. It is particularly
noticeable when using the Bigscreen Beyond headset.
I haven't been able to test it on quest or pico
Hardware Specifications:
Headset: Bigscreen Beyond
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4090
