YouTube Live is not working

YouTube Live is not working.
Normal YouTube videos can be played correctly.
Therefore, there might be some issue with VRC_SyncVideoStream and YouTube Live.
This is my output_log.txt:
(1)2019.01.16 02:50:10 Log - [VRC_TriggerInternal] 632.9056 SyncType_LiveStream via OnInteract executing [SendRPC (False, 0.000, 2, "StreamParent", SetSyncType, 147)]
(2)2019.01.16 02:50:10 Log - [Network Processing] RPC invoked SetSyncType on StreamParent for sunasaji
(3)2019.01.16 02:50:14 Log - [VRC_TriggerInternal] 636.2822 NextButton via OnInteract executing [SendRPC (False, 0.000, 2, "StreamParent", Next, 0)]
(4)2019.01.16 02:50:14 Log - [Network Processing] RPC invoked Next on StreamParent for sunasaji
(5)2019.01.16 02:50:14 Log - StreamParent play index: 11
(6)2019.01.16 02:51:06 Log - [VRC_TriggerInternal] 688.8391 PrevButton via OnInteract executing [SendRPC (False, 0.000, 2, "StreamParent", Previous, 0)]
(1)-(2): I set "SyncType" to "Livestream"
(3)-(5): I pressed "Next" button and play index:11 (Live URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bszm6XDdygY)
But the stream is not played, video screen remains black.
And I tried to use YouTube Live streaming in some worlds, such as "Movie Theater 3D 16x9" or "Tsubokura's Home" or "Cinema Home In Space".
Then, all of them could not play YouTube Live, but can play normal YouTube videos.

Fixed in the current Open Beta (currently build 884). Will be fixed in release once we push this version to Live.

youtube streams once again unreliable
PK
Since the last youtube-dl update it had been going well, but I think it must be for a few days now that only some of my streams actually work. i thought before now that it must be my slow connection, combined with network ik, however i've done some testing and there are videos that work just fine. and others that don't work for me but they do for some people, and then other videos that don't work for others either, which were all fine last week.
it might be that certain isp's are causing this issue, as some do throttle vrchat or amazon servers, hard to get any info out of them. the log just says it can't play the link, which is a long google hashed link which i could provide if necessary.
is this happening to any others?

Still not working as of build 800, even though video binaries were updated in patch notes. Same problem as my comment below elaborating the cause.

It is a problem that has been left for 5 months.

As of build 772 Youtube livestreams are still not working
Entering a youtube livestream url results in the following errors
[AVProVideo] Error: Loading failed. File not found, codec not supported, video resolution too high or insufficient system resources.
MediaPlayer error code:LoadFailed
The livestream url is resolved into a .m3u8 endpoint on google's youtube cdn, but the .m3u8 endpoint results in a 403 error, which causes the above errors.
AVProVideo was updated on 9th of may to version 1.9.1.4, one of the changes is "Fixed parsing bug in HLSStream" which may be related to the above issue.

Just to update with more information
The HLS Stream url thats resolved by the AVProVideo? component for this url https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PRlAY486hVg is
my ip address is omitted in the url for obvious reason, this url will not work for you and needs to be generated for everyone but i digress. note the part of the request "gir=yes;itag=140/sgovp/gir=yes;itag=137".
where the same part of the request is now "gir%3Dyes%3Bitag%3D140/sgovp/gir%3Dyes%3Bitag%3D137" where the string has been urlencoded. The former url results in a 403, the latter url works (you will need to generate your own urls to test this as these generated urls are specific to your own ip and expire etc)
