Allow gifting Credits to friends

The title's pretty self-explanatory, I think it'd be great if I could gift credits or subscriptions to a friend.
It's worth mentioning though that allowing for inter-person credit transactions like that could lead to scummy behaviour, so the actual implementation of this feature would probably need some nuance in order to be safe from scams.

°sky Not really, since you can't opt-out from being gifted VRC+. You shouldn't be forced to accept credits that you might not want.
