Marketplace->Spotlight icon just explodes after a while

It was fine at the start of the game and then it just kinda broke after a longer while. Tested it 3 times restarting the game, and it always happens sooner or later. Not sure if there's anything specific that triggers it. And it seems this is the only icon that breaks like this.
