[1154] [Feedback] Expose avatar description in avatar details

Now that you can readily see a user's avatar name in the avatar details without using a program like VRCX, maybe we could finally have avatar descriptions be exposed there as well, allowing us to finally make use of that feature in the SDK. Of course, need to account for those who may have absurdly long descriptions, sanitizations, etc...

I’m so glad this is marked as interested. I hope this makes it into a future update!
Whenever I upload avatars, I put where to get the avatar from the original creator in the description, along with some extra details to help anyone who selects my avatar. Recently, someone asked me about an avatar and I went to look at the description I wrote, but I couldn’t find it and they couldn’t either. I’ve had to change my naming scheme to include the creator name in every avatar I upload so it doesn’t happen again. It sucks that I put all of this helpful information in descriptions but people can’t find it!
