Add option to make Chatbox visibility respect Earmuff mode.

There is already a request for user-based chatbox override and integration into the safety system, both I think are very useful, but I think another option would be useful (yes I know, more options wheee) is a toggle to make the chatbox visibility respect the earmuff distance (the red line specifically).
This would allow users to limit the visible chatboxes to only the users around them that they are talking to, and save them the trouble of hunting through crowds of people's selection capsules or though the social menu just to disable the voice (or in future override the chatbox) of a specific user who's doing the annoying chatbox spam stuff.
it's a logical progression of the chatbox being (currently) tied to mute as they both are "user speech" mechanisms, no?

I think a feature like this would be incredibly useful as not only does it cut down on 'spammy' uses of the chatbox in busy instances but can also help just clear up clutter from genuine chatbox communication
an obvious example is someone using a chatbox to talk to friends at the front of an event, it seems like the entire room behind them currently sees this - i think it would also be useful if chatboxes not only respected earmuffs but just generally closer matched the range of voice falloff in the world, just so that people across the other end of a the room didn't have to see a chatbox from someone they can't even see let alone couldn't hear if they were using voice
due to the way text messages work as 'one and done' communication it might be nice if there was a bit of falloff where you could see a 'distant' chatbox and allow you some time to move closer to see it or something, in the same way you can hear someone in the distance with earmuffs and move towards them to hear them better

this seems to be in the latest open beta now (although not an option i think, just how it is now)
