Add support for Oculus Dash (On Oculus Store Version)

I've just tried the Oculus Store version of VRChat, and I'll be sticking with the Steam version for now because of one big issue. On the Steam version, the Oculus Dash menu overlays VRChat. You can still see what's happening around you in-game, and you can still move your hands. In the Oculus Store version, the dash doesn't do this. You can't see the game world at all while it's open, it takes you to a white void until you close it. Please add support for Oculus Dash so I can still see the game world around me. I often use it while chatting with people.

Fixed in 2017.4.4!

Additionally, Unity 2017 seems to support a feature where the Oculus overlay can actually be projected into the game world. That way your hands would render in front of the overlay. I would love to see this happen.

Oculus dashboard overlay isn't working on the Oculus client

On the Oculus client, when you press the dashboard button on your controller, the game stops rendering (it shows as a black screen on the desktop). This causes the dashboard to have the default sound + grey background, instead of actually overlaying the game like it does in the SteamVR client.

Adding "-oculus-focus-aware true" as a launch parameter fixes this issue. The support is already there, it just needs to be enabled.

1029chris: do you mean add this in steam?

Squid509: In the Oculus Version. I had to make a desktop shortcut to do this, not sure if the Oculus launcher supports launch commands.

1029chris: This does indeed fix the issue, thanks. Hopefully it can be implemented into the client itself soon since it's likely a trivial change.
