Add VRCStreamer Public Servers to the Video Player Allowlist

VRCStreamer is a web app that lets you stream low-latency audio/video to VRChat without installing anything on your pc. It is easy to use and does not log IP addresses or collect other sensitive user data. It's also free and open-source. The app is still in its early stages, but the public server recently reached 100 weekly streams.
The main issue is that its domain is not currently allowlisted. DJs, singers, karaoke hosts, and other streamers have to ask every viewer to enable "Allow Untrusted URLs" which creates unnecessary friction, especially during public events.
I propose adding `
*.stream.vard.cc
` to VRChat's video player allowlist so that both current and future official VRCStreamer public servers work without requiring users to enable untrusted URLs.Links:

The public server (https://stream.vard.cc/) does not seem to have an Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service that I could find, with contacts for abuse. There's a concern here of untrusted and harmful content could be displayed in all instances (including public), if trusted.

WubTheCaptain That's a good point. I didn't think of that. Will work on this soon. That said, I haven't seen anything like that for TopazChat, even though it's whitelisted.
