Addition of a Avatars sorting feature

The ability to display a performance rank icon on the thumbnail of proven avatars has been added.
Along with this, we would like to see the ability to sort avatars by performance ranking added to the avatar sort items.
Performance rank icons are now displayed on thumbnails of uploaded avatars.
Along with that, I'd like the ability to sort avatars in order of performance rank.

Prismic has done this in Prismic Avatar search so you can see the performance on PC when on another platform as well performance for Android and Quest. You can filter search by performance. Hopefully VRChat can do an in game avatar search like ChillOutVR. Even Prismic agrees with that method.

I can see how this might be useful for club-goers, especially since many clubs desperately ask to use optimized Avatars with good reason.
