Avatar limits on world instances

Have the ability to place avatar limits when creating new instances of a world. For example, a world being used to host an event would probably want to restrict entry down to avatars with 1 material, 1 mesh, and possibly under a certain poly count. This could help greatly with keeping events running as smoothly as possible with the growing community.

granted, this is why I made a "minecraft" version of my character. (Using actual Minecraft skin template I use for Minecraft itself)
minimal polygons, and only one material. single mesh

I mean, its a good start but dont force them to use 1 material and stuff. Just a Tri limit and maybe no particle systems

Ick... that restrictive? That would deter alot of people from joining alot of events in the first place, especially when folks like myself have very specific characters they use as a self identity. Granted, yes I could attempt to make a version that lacks those details just to get to 1 material.
However I do suggest on top of this would be something that can turn off Dynamic bones from working for avatars that have them, as I know that is a big contributer to performance.

Also make the players that don't have such avatars not be able to join at all.
They could just be forced to use 1 avatar, generic male or female(by VRChat), simple enough and good for event usage. (If they go against the limits)
