Customizable Nameplate Colour

For those who want to further express themselves with their favourite colour. Some users have said they preferred colours they had previously such as a Trusted User preferring the New User colour. If need be for rank status, it could be converted to an icon or symbol next to the nameplate and can be enabled or disabled through Settings in the Quick Menu.

It's an interesting idea. I like the idea to be able to set your own custom nameplate color. I also like the current player status color system. I think if the nameplates were to be allowed customizable colors, it should be followed by another ring outside of the player custom nameplate color for what status the player is. Moreover, in addition to this idea, it would also be really cool to set custom nameplate designs (like name plate designs found in call of duty games). Perhaps nameplate designs could be done in the avatar SDK or on the VRChat website.

Agreed. Personally I'd love if I could keep the blue of New User as my color. Adding an extra icon wouldn't even be necessary because if you open your menu, it'll display their current rank below their name.
