I would like to see a more detailed dev roadmap something that has actual dates/times to show what is upcoming and planned. the current one shows a lack of dates. Some good examples are the roadmaps for pubg, subnautica......etc. This would be a more detailed roadmap than what is on here for example adding times/dates for when to expect certain upcoming features. This would be put out by the vrchat devs and it would only extend a few months. Maybe quarterly or even for half a year. This will aloow more communication between devs and the community. It will also give players a more of an idea of what to expect and when to expect it.

John Smith: so what? All this does is increase the quality of communication between the developers and the community while also reducing the amount of dumb hate that appears based on rumours. This has nothing to do with the game being free to play. It's just a great opportunity for both the devs and the community to give and gain feedback of the teams future plans.

Syrr: In order to improve the quality of communication between developers and gamers it was created this site where everybody can add a suggestion and vote it. Don’t forget the VRChat is in early access and developers constantly investigate various game aspects. So the Roadmap is constantly changing and there is no sense to publish it. Add suggestions, vote suggestions and send bug reports on this site. It’s the best way for users to improve the game.

John Smith: I don't see your point of reason here.... games like fortnite are in early access and are free. They also have a dev road map, to inform their player base what features are being added and a general date/time to add the feature. You cant tell me that the devs just sit there and basically have no clue where their game is going or what they plan on adding/making. They more than likely have a plan or an idea of what they want to add to the game. The idea behind the roadmap is to inform they players of upcoming features and developments from the game. It could be as simple as "we plan to add the chair on avatars by the end of October." I only put this as a request because I feel like it would keep the community better informed of what the devs are up to. Dev road maps have a potential to go wrong, if the devs don't come through but as long as they put stuff on the roadmap that they are 100% certain they can get done, there should be no reason not to have a roadmap. As for this site, yes it does a good job of communication but there has been stuff under "planned" since march of 2017 that we dont have. Like i said this would be a more indepth version of this with time/dates informing us when we could see these things, not just a "planned" or in "progress".

Yeah, I often feel frustrated because they talk about possibilities and upcoming features of VRChat, and they don't release them until it's too late to be hyped about anything. 70% of rumors I'm getting about VRChat development and team in general are either constructively negative or subjectively pessimistic because nobody knows what's going to happen next, and most people don't seem to be excited anymore.
