[Problem]
Currently, the only information available before entering a world is a single thumbnail and a short description. This creates several issues:
  • High Friction for Discovery: Users have to load and join a world just to see what it is like. This makes finding new favorite worlds time-consuming and discouraging.
  • Hidden Gems get Buried: High-quality worlds often go unnoticed if their single thumbnail doesn't perfectly capture their depth.
  • Misleading Thumbnails: Some worlds use "clickbait" thumbnails that do not reflect the actual content, leading to a poor user experience.
[Proposed Solution]
I propose expanding the World Details Page (both on the Website and in-game UI) with the following features:
  • Image Gallery: Allow creators to upload multiple screenshots to showcase different areas of the world.
  • Video Support: Allow embedding of a trailer or a short preview video.
  • Review System: Implement a way for users to post reviews or ratings to help others judge the quality of the world.
[課題]
現在、ワールドに入る前の判断材料が「サムネイル1枚」と「短い説明文」しかありません。これには以下の問題があります。
・探索のハードルが高い: 実際にロードして入室しないと雰囲気が分からず、好みのワールドを探すのに多大な時間と労力がかかります。
・良質なワールドの埋没: コンテンツが素晴らしいワールドでも、サムネイル1枚で魅力を伝えきれずに埋もれてしまうケースがあります。
・ミスマッチの発生: 逆に、サムネイルだけが魅力的な「サムネイル詐欺」のようなワールドに誘導され、実際の体験とのギャップに失望することがあります。
[解決案]
ワールド詳細ページ（Webおよびゲーム内UI）を以下のように拡張することを提案します。
・ギャラリー機能: 複数の紹介画像（スクリーンショット等）を表示できるようにする。
・動画サポート: 紹介トレーラーやプレビュー動画を再生できるようにする。
・レビュー/評価システム: ユーザーがワールドに対するフィードバックや評価を投稿・閲覧できるようにする。
