Perhaps A Custom Badge in general. That allows you to upload one and course thru VRChat’s approval and maybe tied to Group Systems

And perhaps a requirement cap of say 5000 hrs of play time to be allowed to upload one since buying VRC+ pretty much hands you trusted rank on a silver platter
