Increase Quest supported world size to 70 to 80MB

If it possible to increase Quest supported world size to 70 to 80MB where more PC world are, there would be more world can be easily make it compatible with Quest friendly for world creators. I don't think it is easy task but for feature request.

Quest 1 still exists and should be supported. When quest 1 is no longer supported then yes. The ram increase between 1 and 2 is significant.
