Instance Owners / world creators should see who started a votekick

too many times in my own worlds do i have to stop what im doing to try and figure out who's making a votekick against a person and why, and i can never get a straight answer, this makes world moderation VERY HARD and often sometimes impossible,
I think the instance master and the world creator should be able to see who initiated the votekick, as this was originally visible to everyone in the past and was then restricted.

World authors and instance owners can now see who started the vote kick (this was actually added about a week after this post was made but forgot to update it)

To be Honest i agree because if the instance master or world creator can't see who started a votekick then what's the point of adding it to the game it really doesn't make sense it would make a lot more sense if the instance master or world creator can see who started a votekick if not then what's the point of adding the votekick to the game?
