Lift the restrictions of Role Restricted Group Instances from within the instance

To ensure smooth event hosting, we would like to be able to lift the restrictions of Role Restricted Group Instances from within the instance.
When hosting an event in a Group Instance, both staff and participants join the instance at the same time.
As a result, staff members do not have time to prepare.
By allowing staff to prepare first and then unlock the instance, participants would also experience shorter waiting times.

I wish this was possible. We have a similar problem with game nights, where we run multiple world instances and need to get our moderators in there first, to prepare. Our current strategy is a custom built world that allows moderators to walk through a barrier into a portal that others can't reach. It doesn't always work because people can join via the instances menu for the group faster than the moderators can prepare.
