Make radial-menu Camera toggle use the previous Camera's Mode and add a setting to use a default Camera setting

I most often use my Camera in STREAM mode to record dancing. I run into situations where my camera may be off from a previous session that day, but I suddenly need to toggle it on quickly to record something—typically impromptu dancing. If I want to capture something on-the-fly, I instinctively open the camera through my hand menu. For whatever reason, opening the camera this way forces the camera into "PHOTO" mode, sometimes causing me to miss the footage. Despite this happening to me dozens of times (admittedly my fault), it keeps happening; it's the easiest way for a user to pull out the camera and it's easy to miss the camera mode having been changed.
I'm requesting that the button please be changed to use the previous camera mode, AND/OR allow a default camera mode to be set in the settings. This would ease the user flow to use other modes, from: hand menu navigation -> camera button -> select Stream menu navigation; or radial menu -> camera button -> camera mode button -> stream, to: radial menu -> tools -> camera button (OR radial menu -> camera button, if tools is already opened). The last one feels the most natural.
A potential issue with this change would be impacting users who are used to the existing behavior, so a default override in the settings feels like the best compromise. Thank you for your time 🙏
