MovementY Parameter for Avatar Animator

Avatar animators for both generic and humanoid avatars are limited to a single 'jump' animation controlled by the Grounded flag.
Adding a MovementY parameter would make it possible to determine whether the avatar is ascending or descending allowing for separate 'jumping' and 'falling' animations.
