Oculus Home version has too much Nearclip
Adeon Writer
Compared to the Steam version, Oculus Home has really bad Nearclip, with your upper chest and hands disappearing when close to your face, even as a normal-sized avatar.

Has been fixed quite some time ago. Yes it should be a bug report.

I just tested the oculus store version and also immediately noticed the NearClip differences. I would really love to see this getting changed very soon as the oculus store version runs a lot smoother on my pc, but the NearClip makes it really hard to get fully immersed :/

NearClip is determined by the reference camera as set in the World Descriptor. Can you provide comparisons of SteamVR nearclip vs Oculus Client in the same world with a measurable standard?
Waai!
Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: Here is my best attempt at a screenshot comparison. I took these in my avatar testing world ( wrld_069f0fa9-ea7b-4cdc-9815-af43bd35a569 ), which has a render texture camera that was useful for showing how close my hand needs to be to my face for my fingers to start to disappear. Also something to note -- the mirrored view in the VRChat window is scaled differently between SteamVR and Oculus.
