Option to draw an outline where a blocked person is.

If I block someone who's avatar is still loading I can still see their position because of that yellow bar which doesn't disappear for some reason. So please give us the option to see the location of this person. Also useful for when people use it to cheat in competitive maps or objective based maps or simply to troll (had someone block me, run behind, unblock me, and crash me).
Maybe even make if someone blocks you, they can't see you anymore but you can still see them but with an icon above their head. What harm can someone really do if they can't see them? This would be nice if I was playing a competitive maps and they block the enemy team to win easily and ruin the game for everyone. It would no longer be advantageous for them to do this. Also, not trying to be weird, but if someone who blocked me has an avatar I like I might want to continue looking at it after he blocked me.
If not at least make it so when they are blocked our client stops receiving updates for them. It really is kind of triggering to know that someone who blocked you is still affecting performance and eating your bandwidth.

Easy solution for several of those issues, have an option for when someone blocks you, it automatically blocks them as well.

imho block should be just same thing as disabling avatar and muting someone + maybe other stuff like that. As it is often problematic when someone have person X blocked, as they often will stay in same spot without realising this, or sit in this same chair etc...

GotoFinal: I understand what you mean, but blocking is supposed to be an option to completely remove two players from interacting.
If a player still wants to see them, then they can simply block the avatar and sound, completely up to them.

~Hira~: Neither person can see each other. I was referring to the person being blocked still wanting to see them. Blocking should only affect the person doing it, not the person being blocked. Maybe have it turn their nametag a different color.
