Few month ago Unity UI became popular in worlds for contolling and interacting things in world, because in some situations it's way more convenient than trigger-buttons.
However, it's still have problems and one of them is proximity. UI is acessible from any distance which is not always convenient. Sometimes UI can be triggered through pickups colliders, sometimes players missclicks... So unwanted intersctions with UI happens. It's would be nice to have proximity feature on UI too, to limit interaction distance with canvas. That feature can help to prevent unwanted behaivor.
