Recent 'seen' players Tab (Social)

I am not sure if this was suggested before or not, but I couldn't find it by searching, so here it goes:
It would be nice that we could check a list of the recent 'seen' players on the last/past world(s) we've been in, in case of disconnection or we forgot to add someone we liked to speak to, this works well for games on steam that support it so VRChat should have it too, when servers have problems or I forgot to add someone, I would like to be able to go back to the list, scroll through it and be able to add who I missed or wanted to before. (if this shows multiple past worlds, it could say the hour:min and the world they were in or something of le sort)
[ps. the UI/GUI how it is, the tabs and how it shows players/worlds seems to be a bit of a cluster and disorganized, so maybe this feature should only be considered in the future when everything is redone/polished?]

Would like to see a recent players list implemented for many reasons. The servers are not always 100% and lag outs/crashes are very common. A recent players list would save you time finding that specific server again(By joining off of someone in your recent players if its a public instance)or even adding someone you just met but forgot to send the request. Another great reason is for the reporting of crashers/violating avatars. The date today of this post is 4/24/2019 and i was just crashed. Due to that crash i made a few searches and popped up here. I couldn't tell you how many times i was a second away from blocking someone to then report but couldn't due to them getting me first. The crashes completely lock up my PC and i'm afraid for its health due to these people who enjoy costing people their time and possibly money in the act. a recent players list would do a lot of good even if it only showed the last 50-100 people. Stay awesome and thank you for what you do.

Yeah, was just talking to Tupper about this, and this post popped up while I was making a sort of similar post for this subject since he sent me here. I forgot many interesting people's names/id's and couldn't find them again to add them. I was thinking it could also personally be toggle-able through different options, ex: lobby, world, time, date, activity. It's cool seeing someone else mention what I've wanted aswell. Some sort of non-verbal comradery.
