Recovery Deleted World through "Wrong" Ban Wave

There are many worlds that were deleted by creators to avoid having their own accounts banned following the deletion of several worlds and the implementation of account bans.
However, these worlds would likely have remained intact had it not been for the “BANWave.” And as you have stated, if you acknowledge that the series of bans was a mistake, I believe you should also take steps to restore the worlds that were deleted to avoid being banned.
I hope you will confirm your intention to address this issue and provide information on a contact point for world restoration.

This is a good suggestion.
However, in cases where creators delete their own worlds out of fear of crossing vague and unclear boundaries, I do not think creators will dare to restore their worlds unless the official side properly explains the specific boundaries of what counts as “inappropriate content.”
What would truly reassure creators is the establishment of clearer standards for what is considered inappropriate.
For example, content with explicit sexual expression, such as worlds containing models, images, or text that expose private body parts, or worlds containing sex toy props, should fall under enforcement.
However, for worlds that express fetish-related themes, such as ASFR-type worlds, but do not contain the above elements, will they also be subject to the same enforcement?
In addition, the way violations are handled needs to be reviewed.
The current approach, where a world is immediately deleted and the account is suspended, is overly harsh. On top of that, since there is no clear explanation of which specific content in the world crossed the rules, creators may not be able to make the appropriate changes.
When trying to avoid the same world being banned again, creators will most likely choose not to upload that world again at all.
I understand that clearly listing every type of prohibited content is extremely difficult. However, pointing out the specific content in each individual case should be very easy, because the reported content itself is already the answer.

I agree. Several creators I know personally have deleted their own worlds as a form of self-protection. In some cases, the original local project data no longer exists, making it impossible to re-upload those worlds. I hope VRChat will also consider restoring such worlds from backups where possible.
It's important that this wrongful wave of BANs does not cause irreversible damage to the diversity of VRChat or to the motivation of its creators.

I strongly agree. And I would like to add a few additional comments.
I hope VRChat will provide a contact point for creators who deleted their worlds out of fear during this mistaken enforcement wave, and offer a process to restore, review, and SAFELY re-publish those worlds without risking further sanctions.
