Thank you for your report!
We just released VRChat 2023.1.2, which includes a new option to report users for using a modified client or "hacking". You can find this under "Report User -> Behavior".

They need to disallow world asset editing, people can crash a whole world regardless of safety settings. Theres also a viewpoint crasher that gives you infinite viewpoints. People can edit the world in an instance then they take all the objects and expand them to the maximum all at the same time or sometimes they just remove all the colliders in the world. I try to report crashers consistently I also made a support ticket on this topic I would copy paste my support ticket but i don’t have access to it. Also i heard that people can grab ip addresses through video players. Maybe a cheat report section would be nice. Anticheat/security needs a step up. Cheaters and crashers usually do what they do as an act of discrimination I see this as a pretty big problem and it compromises the social environment. Restricting avatar creation freedom could help

This is becoming an epidemic. Users are using hacked clients to spam portals to make people leave worlds as well as harrass and follow them once they are blocked by the victim.

Actually Useful Reporting Options
Unlimited Spadeworks
When you go to report somebody, there are currently no options to report them as a crasher, or for using a hacked/modded client. If you see somebody crashing people, or spawning all of the world items on their location and lagbombing the instance, I think that qualifies as more than just "harassment".
Noe
Currently, modded clients should be reported by emailing moderation@vrchat.com. In many cases, evidence such as screencaps, videos or output logs will be needed, which the in-game report system doesn't account for.

Well that's a great area. Did you crash because someone crashed you or because your computer just couldn't handle the load while others had no problem with it? That's why there are logs that you send in because otherwise the influx of reports for "crashers" would sky rocket. As for someone spawning in a bunch of things and lagging the loby, that's why they imposed the safety system for you to be able to block animations, particles, sounds, or the avatar as a whole. So for them and for many others who play the game, that issue has already been addressed and the report issue is currently the most effecient it can be.

Donut2Ninja: you cant block someone spawning prefabs on you, teleporting you, moving parts of the world, etc...

We also are in desperate need of a "Underage (under 13)" option.

Naelily: you're not going to be able to exclude or make things that diverse an age group. Anyone can lie about their age and it's up to you to be friends with them or not. I know a few youngsters on there that are some of the funniest kids I've ever met.
Helpful Helper
Donut2Ninja Its not about how they behave...VRChat strictly forbids the use of its services for minors under 13 (for legal reasons) in their ToS, therefor they are not allowed to play the game.

Pretty much all of these actions are from the use of different avatars. I'm not saying there aren't people crashing with exploits and things of the sort but most if not all of where you're witnessing this is from avatars.

Joey Baker: Noclipping as in flying and walking through walls and objects at typical player speed, and spawning props as in creating several battle discs or etc and bringing all weapons to them
