As noted by the previous poster, you can modify your desktop framerate using the "--fps=N" launch argument. This isn't utilized in VR, only Desktop mode. In VR, the framerate is "capped" at the maximum refresh rate of your headset.

you can use steam launch options to modify that setting
"--fps=165" would be it for you
Also the nice thing about this is that this parameter won't be considered in vr so you wouldn't have problems in there either
