Update AVPro Video to v2.5.1 in order to Quest RTSP live stream playback

Please update AVPro Video to latest v2.5.1 released at 20 May 2022 in the VRChat client.
This will enable RTSP live audio/video playback in Meta Quest2.
I've confirmed AVPro Video v2.5.1 is able to play RTSP live stream from TopazChat in Meta Quest2 standalone application.
My configuration of AVPro Media Player component is as following:
Platform Specific/Android/
- Video API: Exo Player
- Audio Output: Unity
- Minimum Buffer Ms: 2000
- Maximum Buffer Ms: 5000
- Buffer for Playback Ms: 500
- Buffer for Playback After Rebuffer Ms: 1000
These configs about buffers may should be adjusted to actual system load of VRChat. I confirmed that the playback is stable and low latency as 1 second in Tokyo by above example configuration.
I receved so many requests from our Japanese music community to enable TopazChat audio/video low latency streaming service in Meta Quest platform. If we can watch our live streams in Meta Quest not only on Windows, we will become more close together between Quest and PCVR community.
Thank you.

euan: Glad to hear this canny is complete, is this feature implemented in the lastest Quest build of the game? Or could you elborate on what was completed for this canny.

Rexami: We updated the version of AVPro in use, at current we're on v2.5.6. Technically we've been on a version past v2.5.1 for a while, just this post's status hadn't been updated

I've confirmed that TopazChat Player works on Meta Quest in latest VRChat 2022.2.2p1b.
The latency on Quest is as following at Tokyo:
Audio only from TopazChat Streamer: 2.5 seconds
Audio and Video from OBS: 3.8 seconds
It is not good as PC, so i will write another canny to address this issue.
The status of this canny isn't moved but thanks everyone who votes this canny!
Good day, with music.

Also, we will need a gamma correction shader to draw video by correct color in Meta Quest.
