Use Vertical FOV instead of Horizontal!

Many users are using monitors with 16:9 or wider aspect ratios. In my case, it's 21:9. VRChat uses Horizontal FOV (also known as Vert-), which crops the top and bottom of the screen whenever the game window is wider than normal. This is a very old FOV method used by old 3D games, and there is a good reason why nobody uses it anymore. Unity's default is Vertical (Hor+) FOV.
As a Youtuber, recording VRChat is a nightmare, because the game window's field of view is obscenely narrow due to the FOV scaling type it uses. I would appreciate if we had the option to change it to Vertical FOV.
