Previously, I was using the Index HMD with the Index controllers. Currently, I am using the Pimax Crystal Light HMD with the Index controllers.

In the following configuration, normal parameters (hand gesture INT: 3) are transmitted when touching the touchpad:

HMD: Valve Index

Controllers: Valve Index

However, in the following setup, no parameters are transmitted when touching the touchpad, and it does not function properly (the hand gesture remains at INT: 0).

HMD: Pimax Crystal Light

Controllers: Valve Index

Although the controllers are the same, changing the HMD alters the gesture parameters.

When wearing the Pimax Crystal Light HMD, pressing the left A or right A on the Index controllers transmits a hand gesture of INT: 3, but this makes operations difficult. Ideally, I would like the hand gesture INT: 3 to be transmitted when touching the touchpad (or, ideally, pressing down on it), as it does with the Index HMD.

I have also consulted Pimax support, but there has been no progress, so I am posting here as well.
