Installed VRC Testflight Version and VRC Build Number

Description of the Issue:

The "Logging" toggle is only available in the Quick Menu unlike on PC where the toggle is in both the Quick Menu and debug section of the Main Menu settings

Steps I took:

Opened the settings page of the Quick Menu, scrolled down to Logging then opened the settings in the main menu settings, under Debug where Logging would be available on PC it wasn't on iOS

What do you expect to happen?

The Logging toggle would be available in both sections like on PC

What happens instead?

Logging is only available in the Quick Menu Settings
