Add tooltips for each item in Performance Breakdown
available in future release

Location: QM or MM -> Avatars -> Select an avatar -> View Details -> Performance Breakdown.
Context:
Currently, we encounter difficulty with Blender being translated into Portuguese and Unity not having translation... as it's known, most users don't use both software. In order to achieve good localization and ensure everyone can enjoy and understand the details of each avatar, we tried putting strings in both languages together, like this: Portuguese (English), but it was visually cluttered as can be seen in the attached screenshot. And yet we judge it a necessary evil.
However, a viable and interesting solution suggested by one of our translators would be:
Adding tooltips for them, this way it would remove the visual clutter and provide the user with some useful tips, explaining each item.
An example we would give in Portuguese would be:
Localized Text: Memória de Textura
Tooltip: Também conhecido como "Texture Memory", aponta a quantidade de VRAM usada pela textura do avatar.

I fully agree.
First
, there is huge social problem of very poor avatars. Ppl simply not tech experts and don't know meaning and impact of those settings. Making those items explained might help users to understand performance rankings more and have more responsibility in choosing avatar.For example, lots of ppl still believes number of materials affects GPU load, not CPU. And be like "my potato GPU is not being 100% loaded so it's lags not because of 400 materials, you see it's CPU being 100%"
Tbh I would also add something like "In room with 30 ppl using avatar like this, {0} MB of VRAM would be used", or something into tooltip. I believe similar thing was in SDK but I not sure. That simple multiplication by some number of people can help users feel how heavy their assets.
Second
, at least in Russian there is no norms established on translation of those technical terms. Tech/editing software rarely has proper Russian translation, and even if have, each one translates it on its own without being consistent with other software. So, we decided to leave tech terms as-is in English to not confuse and cringe end users, but we still would like to provide proper explanations. Tooltips for that would be great.Ogami WK

Side note: would be great to know what elements would impact on system performance like CPU/GPU usage, individual or both at same time.
