Seems like the client can load the wrong image for items. Haven't seen this on PC so far. Haven't opened the mobile app for some time before this.
After restarting the app
- Joined a world
- Redeemed summer sticker pack.
- Looked down at the tabs new items.

StormRel Have been trying to replicate it for a while now without success. So not what I can see.

^Can't edit this for some reason. After restarting the app, the items show the correct images.
