Using latest play store version of android vrchat application
Device: Samsung S24 Ultra
Network: Stable Wi-Fi (with and without VPN)
Battery mode: Not using any battery saving features, even explicitly disabled all battery optimisation features for the app.
Options: I'm hoping none of the mic related features are tied to FPS but I've locked it down to 30FPS. Will also
Reproduce:
After being in a world for 5-15 minutes microphone stops working properly.
Parts of audio is being cut off. Later, after 15-20 minutes the microphone stops working entirely.
This is not a one time issue.. it's happening to me constantly :(
I checked mic sensitivity, it is all the way to minimum to allow constant speech transfer. There's no noise suppression toggle on android version, so it's not that.
I've tried:
- Reinstalling the app
- Turning ON and Turning OFF VPN
- Tried using cellular and stable Wi-Fi
- Samsung has mode for "gaming" modes. I've tried Performance, Balanced and Battery optimisation modes, all of which lead to the same scenario..
I just wanna talk to frens :(

I am experiencing this as well on my Samsung S23 Ultra. The mic resets and starts working again after rejoining the world, but this isn't practical when the quality becomes unusable after just 5 minutes. Other players have described the sound as both lagging and being very low-quality / robotic.

Also if it helps, i constantly rotate the phone which causes orientation change.. idk if it's useful
