Lately, I've noticed something odd about graphics rendering especially on lighting, fog and volumetric since previous update till latest. It happens on any high detailed world and everywhere! Here's the video to understand this issue

I've also noticed this problem. Many Quest worlds look dull and gloomy because of this issue.
