[1003] Emotes on SDK3 avatars behaving strangely regarding Head IK and avatar positioning

Tested with default emotes and custom emotes.
When you trigger emotes in SDK3 avatars through the radial menu, the Head IK does not disable at the same time the animation is played, causing the head to look forward for a second before snapping to where it should be facing in the animation. This does not happen in SDK2 avatars.

Image 3: the same avatar/animation as image 2, but in Live instead of the beta
Additionally, the avatar gets pushed forward when using an emote, get pushed backwards while the emote happens, and then pushed forwards again after the emote ends
Image 4 and 5 are comparisons of how it is in the Beta vs Live respectively, although with different animations (image 5 however is also undesirable because emotes cause the body to block the head in live)
