When you select on any individual user, there should be an option to allow/deny dyn perms for select individuals since the current perm toggles are all-encompassing.

I'll be a lot more frank than most people here, even among my friends I have those I trust to interact with me and those I very much do not. Usually in the same instance. I should not have to be in a private world, one on one, in order to be able to use this functionality at all. This is true for most people I know as well, nearly anyone you talk to will tell you that they have friends they're close with and friends they are not and they shouldn't have to be stuck with an all or nothing option. This is especially important among users like myself who have a strong phantom sense, as it's very necessary to avoid people doing things that make us severely uncomfortable but would still like to be able to enjoy interactions with close friends.

You could potentially have the per-user perms work similarly to how the avatar safety settings work for individual users in which it bypasses the global settings.

I find that many players have a vast friends list, and don't trust all of them to interact with Phys Bones. I would like to suggest an option to select individuals from your friends list to interact with. Maybe you could use something like a favorites system for Phys Bones.

We can permission to other users to grab & touch my phys bones, but grab & touch permissions are in same option.
Sometimes, I want someone can touch&grab my physbones & contact, but sometimes I want someone just can only touch my physbones.
So I think seperate this options to two options will better.
Grab is good, but sometimes that makes harrasment.(Someone grab skirt to up or making hair to weird but I can't see because there's no mirror)

A use case for this could be let's say, you prefer to keep perms to only friends, but want to allow those you trust with perms who aren't in your immediate friend circle without having to friend them. On a per-user basis would fit in as well given the theme of the icon being "offering a handshake". Which _maybe_ you don't want to extend a hand to _everyone_ but want to with more who aren't friended with you if you so choose.
Of course it would still work the same way as the current toggle in which perms would be have to be allowed by both parties for interaction to occur.

Agreed. I imagine it'd work similar to per-user muting, avatar displaying, etc.
Extra points if it works regardless of what your global setting is (So that 'Everyone' would work like a blacklist, 'Off' would work like a whitelist, etc)
