I really appreciated the addition of extra accessibility emojis as someone who rarely speaks aloud in VRChat, but I would REALLY appreciate if the emoji wheels were re-organized to make selecting "useful" emojis easier.
Currently, the "yes," "no," "what?," "stop," and "go" emotes (along with a couple others) that are actually very useful are scattered across pages 1 and 4 of the emoji categories. I think all accessibility-focused emojis should be reorganized towards the bottom of the wheel in the same section so that we don't have to jump between multiple menus on different ends of the wheel. This could also be done by nesting a second accessibility page into the accessibility section instead of replacing 'page 4' with an 'accessibility 2,' for example.
I've attached some mockups of what I had in mind for this new organization so I can better explain my reasoning. (To be clear, I've only done this to better prove my point. I understand that the team might organize these slightly differently in practice.)
If you're wondering where the purple arrow came from, it's because this is from another suggestion I made for a "me"/"here" emoji on this post: https://feedback.vrchat.com/open-beta/p/1311-add-a-melook-at-me-emoji-to-the-accessibility-category-in-the-form-of-a-rev
