[1381] Word Wrapping on quick menu avatars wing is incorrect

Open up the avatars wing in the quick menu, then hover over an avatar.
On live (1375) it's nice and easily readable. On beta (1381), it cuts off mid word and is hard to read.
This was tested on a 1080p monitor. 
Also random avatar portraits are also appearing slightly darker
