[1400] Mirror breaks _VRChatCameraMode

_VRChatCameraMode indicates an unexpected value when mirrors are in the camera's view.
The shader for the cube in the video draws red if _VRChatCameraMode==1. It works as expected if no mirrors in the camera's view, but it is broken if a mirror appeared.
How to reproduce
- Prepare a shader that behaves differently by _VRChatCameraMode
- Try to take photo to frame the prepared object and a mirror simultaneously

On one map it has happened to me even when the camera saw the area in front of a mirror - did not have to see the mirror itself.
According to my tests the _VRChatCameraMode specifically becomes 0 (corresponding to the regular view from your virtual eyes).
It is still present in 1401.
