[1401] Unable to take picture using camera on desktop

This issue has been around for a bit now but here's the breakdown:
When trying to use the camera on desktop to take a photo of another user's avatar while having your avatar looking in the direction of them, you are unable to take a photo because their "player bubble" is in the way, which doesn't let you take a picture.

If we enough close to other player, Desktop Camera is overlapped by Player Selection like figure.
This occurs in both cases, "Open Camera through Action Menu" and "Open Camera through Quick Menu".
I remember seeing a canny showing same behavior in MM 2.0 OpenBeta.
I failed to reproduce it at that time, but perhaps it was not the distance range required to reproduce it.
