[1431] FBT calibration proximity ball thingies don't show in calibration mirror

The green balls that show tracker proximity when calibrating FBT do not appear in the calibration mirror, but do appear in world mirrors.

trackers render on the remote player layer instead of on the local layer for whatever reason. i wouldve thought this would be known by whoever made these changes

°sky: Tracker models should appear properly, it's just the calibration visuals overlay. To clarify, trackers now render on one of the reserved layers (20, now dubbed "HardwareObjects"): https://vrc-beta-docs.netlify.app/worlds/layers/#unitys-built-in-layers
We'll move the overlay to that layer too.

_tau_ From what I've seen; box, sphere and axis all show in calibration mirror but system does not. Calibration visuals do not show in calibration mirror in any of these changes.

I feel like it's worth noting this happened after the recent patch to hide remote players in the calibration mirror - which suggests the layer the calibration overlay was rendering to was mistakenly disabled for that mirror
