JanieUwU
  1. Update to open beta build 1468.
  2. Run app.
  3. Observe EAC does not display it's launch window.
  4. App quits.

Hi, thanks for reporting this issue and doing some extra investigation.
It would also be very helpful to know if you're trying to run VRChat with any extra launch options, and if so what those launch options are.

Dexvoid No launch options, just a regular install as if someone just downloaded it from steam!

Dexvoid Some investigating proved that giving admin perms to the EAC launcher in the install folder allows the game to run, for some reason without elevated permissions my system won't allow it to run when looking for the file that the event viewer says it's trying to look for. I tried running microsoft's .net error troubleshooting tool and it could not find any issues with my .NET installation.

So vrchat runs when I run the easy anti cheat launcher in the install folder with admin perms but running normally does not work... Only on beta, stable release works just fine
