[1480] AFK detection is no longer Working

Issue:
Things like taking of your Headset or opening the SteamVR menu used to trigger the AFK animation if you had AFK detection enabled.
This no longer seems to work, I was unable to get AFL detection to work at all.
Expected Behavior:
You should be put into AFK Mode if you have AFK detection enabled while them SteamVR Menu is open and if you are taking off your HMD, just like it does on live currently.

Suggestion. If this going to be fixed, AFK should only trigger when headset is taken off but not when overlay is open. Some people have AFK animations and this is really annoying when animation triggering every time overlay is open while they technically not AFK at these moments, people still can listen and talk.

BakaMitai I rely on opening the Steam menu to make me AFK as my headset doesn't have a sensor for when I take it off - it goes idle after several minutes of no motion, but when I'm in FBT I'm still contorting my avatar around - and (almost) anything I can do via the steam menu I can do better via XS Overlay.
It should go back the way it was, although as a bonus having a toggle to change that functionality could be nice.
Definitely been annoying as I currently don't have any way of immobilizing myself if I need to AFK.

Heather May Option to treat open overlay as AFK will be a good compromise then.
