[1490] Vive controllers : gestures broken on one handed mode

When using one handed mode, gestures are completly broken :
- by default, it does the open hand gesture
- trackpad doesn't do anything
- grip toogles between open hand and finger gun gesture
- holding trigger does the finger gun gesture, releasing it switch back to open hand
