[1491] Open hand gesture doesn't work anymore

Squeezing Vive wands triggers normally the open hand gesture. This doesn't work anymore with the latest Vive Advanced binding profile.

Bind gesture_wheel_cancel_Open_left/right to your grip as a button.
Or alternatively use the direct gesture for open hand.

ZenithVal: Yes - I did that in meantime. But still strange that it worked with the default binding yesterday.

Shiro K They added a new binding to allow for fist to cancel. Gesture_wheel_cancel now does fist and Gesture_wheel_cancel_open does open hand. The advanced binding was not updated to reflect this.
