[1550] Error Avatar is normal avatar?

As you can see on the first picture. Don't the Avatar look very nice for an Error Avatar? Workaround is to hide and show the avatar.
I have a log with all debug flags enabled if needed (output_log_2024-12-01_01-53-29.txt)
