[1661] Can place duplicated items
available in future release

## Description
If you go to a high ping instance you can place duplicated items if you are fast enough, because the item takes a bit to spawn.
## Reproduction
- Go to an instance with high ping (tested on 280 ping, EU->JP).
- Place item, quickly place another one before the first one spawns.
