The "Live Now" name provides a lot of confusion, especially for returning players, who will think that VRChat has added an integrated livestreaming functionality. Renaming it to something more recognizable at a glance, like Activity or Activities, alongside changing the icon to be easier to decipher, will help a lot in making the user experience better for everybody. 😊
