1770 - 3p-beta - Bug/Feature Request - Head movements not controllable in 3rd person mode
John McBadass
Feature Request:
Would like the ability to be able to lock the 3rd person camera after repositioning it to the desired position in order to re-enable mouse control over avatar head movements.
Current behavior prioritizes camera movements meaning that avatar head movements can now only be done via selfie expressions which in turns takes away one of the methods that desktop users use to communicate.
----
Bug:
There also seems to be a slight bug in that after leaving fly mode, control over the avatar's head does not return to the mouse until the user toggles between first and third person again.
Steps to reproduce:
Enter 3rd person view
Press tab to enter fly mode
Press tab again to disable fly mode
Head movements are no longer controllable by mouse
Zoom in to first person mode
Zoom out to third person mode
Head movements are now controllable by mouse

To clarify, the camera I'm talking about here is the avatar viewport/third person camera.
